Dexcom G7 Sensors

Your innoviCares card will cover a portion of the cost of Dexcom G7 sensors at your local pharmacy.

Claims for this benefit need to be processed using the pharmacy software. Pharmacists may adjudicate the claim under their own name to provide 20% coverage. The benefit may be applied towards purchases without a prescription. A prescription is only needed if required by the patient’s insurance provider for reimbursement. Eligible prescribers for reimbursement purposes include physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists.
